Q: DO YOU DELIVER?

A: DJPeoples prides itself on being able to either rent or deliver and set up any type of production or rental order. Most deliveries cost $75 although price is dependent on the type of items being rented, delivery time and geographical location. Please contact a sales representative for an accurate delivery quote.

Q: CAN I ORDER ON-LINE?

A: Yes! we have made it easy to assemble and pay for orders online.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE AREA?

A: We service Miami- Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

Q: IS THERE AN INSURANCE CHARGE?

A: DJPeoples currently does not charge an insurance fee to its customers.

Q: WHAT DO I NEED TO RENT?

A: DJPeoples Requires a valid florida or US drivers license and a credit card to rent.

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR PICK-UP HOURS?

A: We are open from 10am-5pm Monday thru Friday and by appointment on weekends for pick up.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF MY GEAR STOPS FUNCTIONING AFTER HOURS?

A: DJPeoples answers calls after-hours and has back-up equipment on reserve for these rare occurrences. Please call our business number after-hours. Technicians are always on call.

Q: WHAT IS THE POLICY ON CANCELATIONS?

A: Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before rental date for a full refund.

Q: HOW CAN I RECEIVE A QUOTE?

A: Event technicians are available by phone 6 days a week to discuss rental options and produce quotations.

Q: WHAT IS THE DURATION OF A STANDARD RENTAL?

A: DJPeoples is the only company that rents equipment for the entire weekend for the same fee. Pick up on Friday, return on Monday. One Low Price! Art Basel and Winter Music Conference Dates Excluded
